Los argentinos Julia Sebastián y Santiago Grassi compitieron en la quinta fecha de la Liga Internacional de Natación.
En 50 metros pecho, Julia Sebastián terminó sexta con un tiempo de 30.63 y sumó tres puntos para LA Current. Mientras que en los 200 metros pecho finalizó séptima en 02:22.42 y adquirió dos unidades.
También en el march 5, Sebastián fue séptima en 100 metros pecho en 01:05.97 y ocupó la misma posición en 50 metros pecho skins en 30.69. En ambas competencias sumó dos puntos en cada una
En la modalidad de 4×100 medley, el equipo de la argentina finalizó en la última posición en 03:54.99 y sumaron 4 puntos porque el otro relevo de la LA Current fue descalificado. Aquí Sebastián marcó 30.98 en 50 metros y 1:05.85 en los 100.
Por otro lado, Santiago Grassi en 4×100 metros libre el relevo del argentino terminó tercero con un cronómetro que señaló 03:08.46 y sumó 12 unidades para el equipo que comparte con Ferreira, Scheffer y Christou. El santafecino registró 22.54 en los 50 metros y 47.50 en los 100.
En el otro relevo que participó Grassi fue en 4×100 medley donde culminó sexto en 03:27.17 y sumó seis puntos. El albiceleste nadó los 100 metros mariposa y sus tiempos fueron 23.91 en 50 metros y 51.27 en los 100.
Luego del match 5, LA Current quedó en la segunda ubicación con 478.5 puntos secundando a London Roar que tiene 499 unidades.
