El anterior presidente de la Confederación Argentina de Patín es el nuevo miembro del Consejo Directivo del Comité Olímpico Argentino.
En la Asamblea Especial del Comité Olímpico Argentino el Dr Daniel Ventura juró como uno de los nuevos integrantes del Consejo Directivo dentro del Comité Olímpico Argentino.
El 19 de diciembre de 2020 Ventura fue reelecto como Presidente de la Confederación Argentina de Patín por votación unánime por un período de cuatro años.
Dentro de los logros de la presidencia de Daniel Ventura se encuentra la creación de la Tecnicatura Universitaria en Deportes de Patinaje.
También sacó adelante el proyecto para que Argentina sea la sede de los primeros Juegos de Ruedas Suramericanos y ser anfitrión de los próximos World Skate Games Argentina 2022.
Junto a Mario Moccia, el nuevo presidente del COA, buscará impulsar el deporte dentro de la argentina, asímismo con el patinaje a nivel nacional y la preparación de los WSG del año 2022.
