La gimnasia de trampolín se despidió de los Juegos Panamericanos Junior 2021 con las finales que contaron con presencia argentina. Las trampolinistas Lucila Maldonado y Valentina Podestá ganaron el oro en sincronizado. La dupla nacional obtuvo una nota de 44.330 para quedarse con el título de campeonas panamericanas.
Luego las chicas participaron de la final de trampolín individual. Valentina Podestá repitió podio y se colgó la presea plateada al obtener 49.150. Mientras que Lucila Maldonado no completó su rutina, en el segundo salto salió del trampolín. Por lo que quedó en el octavo puesto con 5.130.
Por el lado masculino, la pareja de Santiago Escallier y Santiago Ferrari ocupó el cuarto lugar. A pesar de no haber concluído la rutina fueron calificados con 33.920. Además Ferrari compitió en individual donde se ubicó sexto con 50.470. Con una cosecha de un oro y una plata el equipo argentino cerró su paso por Cali 2021.
